Dolores E. Wagner, 95

Dolores E. Wagner died on March 10, 2023. She was born on July 7, 1927, in Monessen, PA to Harry and Anna Bubar. She was a telephone operator for Bell Telephone and went on to be a notary at Perryopolis Auto Auction. She married the love of her life, Bill Wagner, in Winchester, VA on August 22, 1946. They raised their children in Fellsburg, PA. Upon retirement, they moved to Highland Fairways in Lakeland. Dolores was an avid bridge player, golfer, and shopper. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Bill in March 2020. They were married for 73 years. She is survived by her son, Bill (Berni) Wagner, Lakeland, and daughter, Becki (Phil) Riley, Lakeland, four grandchildren, Beth (Lee) Witherspoon, VA, Amy (Russ) Rack, Lakeland, Josh (Leilani) Riley, Lakeland, and Emilee (Lance) Niekro, Lakeland. Ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 19, 2023, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and a prayer service will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 10 a.m. at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home, 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland. Dolores will be laid-to-rest with her beloved husband at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida
