What’s next for Downtown Orlampa, the center of an imagined megalopolis proclaimed in signs off I-4 a little east of Lakeland? The Tampa Bay Times checks in with imagineer Kermit Weeks, who has been described as a cross between Walt Disney, Howard Hughes and Jimmy Buffet. He’s not giving many specifics about what comes next for the site that housed his now-closed Fantasy of Flight, but he assures us it will be huge.
