Polk deputies are looking for help in locating the driver of a green Ford Expedition involved in a Tuesday night hit-and-run accident on Combee Road near the south intersection with Old Combee Road, News Channel 8 reports. Witnesses told deputies the vehicle swerved off the road, hitting a woman who was thrown into a ditch and died; her identity has not been released.
