Dottie Andrews, 92, went home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2020.

Dottie was born in Norwich, Connecticut on July 5, 1928, to the late Tommy and Ruth Conlan. She remained proud of her “Yankee” heritage after moving throughout her life as a military wife.
