Daniel Elbert Leavens died on August 28, 2021 in Lakeland, Florida. He was 55.

He was born in Lakeland on November 27, 1965 to Jack and Patsy Leavens with his twin brother David. He went to Lake Gibson High School and graduated from Polk Community College with an accounting degree. He is survived by his mother, Patsy; brother, Randy; and sister, Karen Shell.

There will be a Graveside Service at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Oak Hill Burial Park (4620 US Highway 98 South, Lakeland, FL 33812). Condolences may be sent to the family at Heath Funeral Chapel.
