Two industrial buildings under construction near Kathleen High School will offer potential logistics tenants high ceiling clearance and rear dock-loading, its developers tell the Business Observer. Lakeland North Business Center’s buildings totaling 300,000 square feet are expected to be completed in mid-2021 on the west side of Chestnut Road just south of Memorial Boulevard.
