Charles “Pete” Weeks, 73

Charles “Pete” Weeks, 73, passed away Dec. 30, 2020.

Pete was born in Tampa, FL on Jan. 4, 1947. He served in the Army Special Forces as a Green Beret in the Vietnam War. Pete was a welder by trade, and retired from Publix after a 20 year career. Following his retirement from Publix, he drove for Commercial Carrier and various trucking companies. He enjoyed fresh water fishing and traveling in his spare time. Pete is survived by his wife, Liz Weeks; sons, Chad (Ginger) Weeks and Josh Weeks; brother, Robert Weeks; sister, Mary Morrell; and grandchildren, Cody and Kylie Weeks.

Visitation for Pete will be Wed. Jan. 6th from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Gentry Morrison Serenity Gardens Chapel, 3350 Mall Hill Dr. Lakeland.
