Strong Mayor Group Unveiling Proposal at Monday Evening Public Meeting
The group pushing for an “executive mayor” form of government for Lakeland will unveil the first draft of its proposed city charter in a public meeting at 6 p.m. Monday at the Larry Jackson branch library.
