Commissioner Justin Troller contended the study is for show since minds have been made up to build a new garage near the Lakeland Police Department headquarters.

The planner said he’s heard the same, and that a solution is in the works. This afternoon, the solution was announced.

The 1,000 or so people with reservations to dine at Posto 9 during its first five days will have to wait a bit longer to experience the Brazilian gastropub overlooking Munn Park.
