Injured Pedestrian Sues City, Lakeland Police

David Kidd was run over after two officers left him alongside U.S. 98, the lawsuit says. An LPD investigation cleared the officers, who said Kidd told them he didn’t need assistance. Valve Failure Dumps Treated Water Into Storm Sewers
