‘Tis the season, etc. The popular holiday concert at Harrison Arts Center is sold out tonight, but there are still tickets for Friday night’s show. The price is reduced at $5, thanks to partial sponsorship from the city of Lakeland. The concert was originally planned for the Lake Mirror Amphitheater, where it would have been free, but the threat of rain forced it indoors. More listings after the jump. More
Ken Watson has spent 27 years restoring Mosswood Manor, reputedly Lakeland’s oldest home, so he admits he’s apprehensive about opening it to the public for the first time on Saturday. But at the end of the day, he said, he’s doing it for a good cause. More
The Dirty Bourbon River Show brings its “New Orleans big brass circus rock music” back to Tony’s Studio B tonight, and Neil Sedaka brings decades of pop music he wrote and sang to The Lakeland Center Friday.
