Barrian Wayne Roberts, 58

Barrian Wayne Roberts, age 58, of Lakeland, Florida completed his mission on August 4th 2021, surrounded by family.

Wayne was born on March 12, 1963 to Barry and Vivian Roberts. Wayne stewarded a life wholeheartedly devoted to loving God and loving people. He was married to the love of his life, Daphene Roberts, for 40 years. Everywhere Wayne went was his mission field. Wherever God opened a door, whether near or far, Wayne chose to love people in practical ways with the hopes of leading others to know and follow Christ. Wayne’s life reflects his gift and his passion to always look for where God wanted to use him next.

Wayne Roberts has passed on a lasting legacy to his wife, Daphene, four sons and their wives: Clay and Darcee, Caleb and Emily, Cheyne and Lillie and Cameron and Alexandra, his pride and joy in eight grandchildren: Jaden, Jace and Joseph Roberts, Adeline and Harper Roberts, Bryson and Jack Roberts and Audrey Grace Roberts. Wayne is survived by siblings Daniel and Kim Roberts, Julie and Becky Roberts, Angie and Mark Price.

The visitation will be held at Bethel Baptist Church on Sunday, August 8th, 2021, at 2p.m. Following the visitation, we will celebrate a faithful mission completed worship service at 3p.m. Interment will take place at Socrum Cemetery adjacent to Bethel Baptist Church.
