A 40-foot hydroponic garden that can be viewed from the patio of Lakeland’s GreenWise Market produces 720 heads of lettuce weekly, and all of it is sold just feet away inside the store, Business Observer reports. The garden is a collaboration between Publix and Brick Street Farms of St. Petersburg.
