After sewage backed up in a shed-turned-dwelling at 535 W. Belmar St., the 74-year-old tenant was forced to sleep outside and says the owners still wanted rent. The city has ordered the building vacated, saying it never should have been a residence; owners Belmar Properties LLC (link) did not respond to WFLA’s calls for comment.
