Two Polk County Fire Rescue battalion chiefs resigned last month amid investigations into allegations of sexual harassment and unwanted physical contact of female employees, Fox 13 News reports. Polk officials released a statement saying, in part, “The county is very disappointed in these former battalion chiefs! This is not how we expect our supervisors to conduct themselves.”
